AutoFeedX (autofeedx.com) provides a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to filter, modify, and syndicate content across various digital channels. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Service and Safe Harbor

AutoFeedX operates strictly as a neutral technological intermediary.

• No Hosting Policy: We do not host, publish, or distribute media. Our infrastructure merely facilitates the automated transfer of data based on the direct, independent instructions and configurations programmed by our end-users.
• User Responsibility: Users are entirely and exclusively responsible for the content they choose to automate, syndicate, or manage using our platform.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree NOT to use AutoFeedX to:

• Distribute illegal content, malware, or child exploitation materials.
• Commit fraud, engage in spamming, or violate the core Terms of Service of the platforms they connect to.
• Copyright Violation: Systematically distribute premium or copyrighted content without explicit authorization from the rightful rights holders.

AutoFeedX reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account, workflow, or connection that violates these terms or consumes excessive server resources without prior notice.

3. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

As an automation intermediary, we respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a user is utilizing AutoFeedX to illegally process your copyrighted work, please be aware that we do not host the files. However, we can terminate the user's access to our automation tools.

To submit a valid DMCA notice, you must provide:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Evidence that the infringing activity is being facilitated specifically through an AutoFeedX account (e.g., relevant timestamps, logs, or screenshots).
• Your contact information and a statement of "Good Faith" under penalty of perjury.

4. Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

AutoFeedX offers an affiliate referral program. We reserve the absolute right to withhold payouts, reverse commissions, or permanently suspend any affiliate account without prior notice if we detect fraudulent activity, fake accounts, self-referrals, payment chargebacks from referred users, or any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. All withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds and manual review by our administration team.

5. Limitation of Liability

AutoFeedX, its developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including restrictions or bans imposed by third-party platforms) arising from the use or inability to use our service. The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
